Return and Refund Policy
- The customer will have to raise a return request from their HIDELT account, or by contacting us at contact@hidelt.com or whatsapp +91 9555571735 within 7 days of the delivery of the product.
- You can exchange or return the product & get full refund.
- You can exchange a product only once.
- The reverse pickup process takes 3-5 working days to be processed, since a third party delivery partner is involved.
- In case of Self Shipped returns, the customer will be asked to share a copy of the outgoing courier receipt at contact@hidelt.com
- Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
- All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
- The item should be returned with original packaging and tags.
- Items on sale will not be applicable for returns/exchange.
- Discount coupons/Reward points/Store credit will not be applicable for use on sale items.
- Items without tags will strictly not be accepted.
- Shipping Charges and COD charges shall be non-refundable.
- In case you receive a damaged/defective product, the website should be notified within 24 hours of receipt of the product. We might request you to share snap shots at contact@hidelt.com. Our representatives will get in touch with you for the same.
- PLEASE NOTE: Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
